Refund policy

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you change your mind we have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return, exchange or receive store credit for any unwanted items within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition, including all tags. You’ll also need the returns form you receive with your order. 

Returns that we receive in a damaged condition will be investigated. We withhold the right to refuse a refund and/or exchange for garments that are returned damaged.

UK RETURNS

Through our returns portal you will be able to choose to either return your item for a refund or store credit or exchange it for a new size.  Please note the cost of your return’s postage will be automatically deducted from your refund depending on the service you choose. 

WELLWEAR STORE CREDIT

If you opt to return in exchange for store credit you will receive a 10% bonus on your credit to be used on our website to purchase a new item altogether. 

Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a virtual gift card that retains value. This means you can use it as many times as you want until the balance reaches zero.

RETURNING SETS

A full refund is issued only when all items from a set are returned. If less than the full amount of items is returned, the discount provided on the order is forfeited and the discount will be deducted from the returned items full sale value prior to the any discount.  

EXCHANGES

If you request an exchange, you will be able to exchange your item(s) for a different size or different product for the same value. Once we receive and verify your returned items your new replacements will automatically be sent out to you.

**Please note that returns may take up to 5 working days to process once they have been received.

NON-UK RETURNS

To log in please include the # (hashtag) in front of your order number and the email address associated with the order.  We are unable to exchange orders outside of the UK at this time.

FAULTS, DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@davidgandywellwear.com if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Please send pictures of the issue where possible so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.

EUROPEAN 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
