Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Royal Mail Standard UK shipping on all orders over £100

Royal Mail Standard UK - £3.99 - 2-4 working days

Royal Mail Next Day UK - £7.99

UK Tracked Next Working Day (Royal Mail Next Day UK) delivery is available on orders placed before 1:00 PM, Monday - Thursday (excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands).

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

EU: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Vatican City.

ROW: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, and United Arab Emirates.

All international shipments are sent via Fedex and cost is calculated at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These will be clearly communicated to you at checkout to avoid any nasty surprises when you receive your order.

GENERAL

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During busy periods, please allow an extra 2 business days.

ORDER STATUS

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@davidgandywellwear.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
